I have been using a US Bank app for a long time. I was using it on an iPhone 5, but earlier this month I upgraded my Verizon phone to the iPhone 6. I have since not been able to use the US Bank app. I've deleted it, reinstalled it, called US Bank and nothing has worked. I can't seem to get past the initial log in screen. I get an error "we can't verify your information at this time." US Bank confirmed my id was not locked and didn't know why the app would work on my old phone, my husbands android but doesn't work on my 6.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
