Hey guys, thanks. Question: When I start city friends, I have the green and yellow people shape on the left side of my screen with a number in a red circle. I am guessing this is the number of people adding me as a neighbor, but when I tap it, it goes the the social tab, and only the people I invited are there. However, when I play pocket frogs, the people show up on that plus network. How do I get them to city friends?

Also, when I visit mh0842's city, it tells me to tap on buildings to get bonuses. Does this 'steal' coins or items from that persons city?
