Need phone to ring at night

When using a droid, I had an app that allowed nighttime setting where all notifications were on vibrate except for the ringer. Would really like that option again.

I had a Blackberry and could do that also. Unfortunately with the iPhone I now have to go to Settings and turn off WiFi and Cellular data to get the same effect. Hopefully we will one day get Profiles on the iPhone...it's the thing I miss the most :-(
