Need some help with "PHONE" missing icon from springboard.

Sub Fellas!

Iphone 4 on 5.0.1

I downloaded an app from Cydia (IOS 5 compatible) and my phone icon deissapeared from the Screen Does anybody know how to get it back?

I already did the following:

Reset Icon Layout
Removed the app and rebooted.
Rebboted in to safemode and back to normal mode.
Reinstalled Winterboard
installed Winterboard fix
Removed custom theme

I'm looking for a fix before restoring anf re-jailbreaking again because I have a LOT of tweaks

Yea some tweaks u download from cydia mess up your iPhone make sure there sign off befor downloading if not don't download it

How did you fix it?

I find that usually in this situation

settings>general>reset>reset homescreen layout

does the trick, but that's what you tried right?
