I am trying to restore my iPhone 3GS after it had pretty much a fatal crash from which it has not recovered and it keeps looping and looping in that apple screen and will not start."The iphone could not be restored. This device isn't eligible for the requested build"This iPhone was previously jailbroken with blacksn0w (I think, one of the snows). I don't remember what the firmware was for it, but it now has about 2 years. As far as I remember this was an iPhone 3(GS) with firmware 3.1.2 : and baseband 5.11.07.I don't know how to restore it using the right firmware because it keeps trying to use 3.1.3.
I don't know if going to a genius bar is a good idea or not?
