Hello everyone,
I have an iPhone 3gs with iOS 4.1 and modem firmware 05.13.04, i wanted to upgrade it to 5.1.1 and then jailbreak it, but i am getting an error "iPhone "name"
cannot be read. An unknown error occurred (3194)" while upgrading it using custom firmware. I have searched on the internet for possible reasons, and i tried deleting the "gs.apple.com" line from the "windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts" file, but still does not work, please help me figure out the problem and upgrade it to 4.3.5 or 5.1.1.
Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanking you in advance.
