Post-play is what Netflix calls the screen users see after a TV show or movie is done playing. The screen often suggests related content or has a countdown until the next episode is ready to play. While this feature was previously seen on set-top boxes and desktop versions of Netflix, it is now is available on iOS.
3D Touch support for Netflix comes in the form of peek and pop functionality. Users can use 3D Touch to peek as a TV show or movie, displaying its rating, description and more. With 3D Touch, users can also play the content, add/remove it from the list, or even share it. Unfortunately the Netflix homescreen app icon did not receive any quick actions with 3D Touch.
Finally, Netflix version 8.0 adds support for the iPad Pro 12.9-inch display. While no design changes were made, the streaming service can finally take full advantage of the display without being enlarged.
Netflix can be downloaded in the iTunes App Store for free.
