Welcome to the forums, and yes I have a suggestion.
Please read our forum rules, and use our search function. This type of question has been answered repetitively.

1) Close all your apps running in the background.
2) Perform a hard reset on your phone. Hold the sleep/wake button and the home button down until the phone powers down and you see the silver Apple logo re-appear.
3) If all else fails, then do a Factory restore in iTunes. Remember to back up your data before performing a factory restore.
