New iPhone 4s not receiving tweets.

I replaced my blackberry with t-mobile with the iPhone 4s with verison. I kept the same phone number. I no longer get tweets from folks I follow. Any suggestions or advice? thanks.

Go to Setting>Notifications and make sure that the notifications for Twitter are not turned off.

In the iPhone 4s, there is no twitter mentioned in the notifications tab but there is a twitter tab in settings. I just went in and logged in with my twitter account information so maybe that was the problem. Thanks for the suggestion.
