New iPhone user - Need much help

I need a little help guys, but I'm not sure where I should post to get the help I need for my jailbroken 3GS 8GB? I had problems with cydia, getting errors and all that so I thought I'd reinstall it by downloading a .deb file that I opened an installed in iFile and now cydia just crashes every time I try to launch... I also dont think I have any SSH blobs saved ethier :/ But I do have SSH installed on my iPhone. Please help guys, many thanks to you all.
