Hi there.

I just joined today.

I own the 4th gen iPod Touch I got through the Bank of the West promo last year. Just got it at end of Dec.

I'm considering the Green Pois0n jailbreak, but I'm concerned about not being able to update the IOS if Apple releases a new version.

You can jailbreak just now and if apple release a new version you will still be able to update. Unfortunatly you will loose your jailbreak and any associated app/tweaks if you do.

Or you can just wait until a new jailbreak comes out for the apple release then update...
