Hello - I'm Doug Gifford. I've owned a 3G for almost 2 years. Just bought an Iphone 4 for myself and a 3GS for my wife.
I love the iphones but I am frustrated at the fact that message alerts are not loud or long and only repeat 2 addition times. With the Iphone in a purse and a little bit of background noise an important message can easily be missed. I would rather not have to jailbreak to fix this.
I look forward to learning more about the phone through the forum. I've found forums on other subjects (hobbies, etc.) to be incredible places to learn and exchange info.
