Hi There, New Member and as my name suggests... im tehcnologically retarded.. i havea questiontho.. how the hell do i put a sim into my phone.. I phone 4 32gig.. anyone able to help me in theis regard please?

Should have a sim removal tool (can also use a paperclip)in the fingertips manual that came with your phone. On the right side is a small hole just press in firmly and the tray should pop out.
