Thanks for rolling out the welcome mat.I've had my iPhone 4S for about a year now and use an HP x 64 lap top that I've been using for about four years now.As I mentioned,I'm not very tech savvy and the terminology can be baffling at times.Certainly the iPhone is much more intuitive and I've managed to figure out most issues that have come up but sometimes it is advantageous to discover if others have experienced similar problems and how they corrected them.That's why I joined this forum,it certainly appears to offer friendly advice across the spectrum.
