new to apple, new to the iPhone.

Ok, new to the `apple experience` having never owned anything with a half eaten piece of fruit on it but decided to take the plunge with an iPhone 4s on an all you can eat tarriff.

First thing is this phone makes me feel old. I can remember showing me dad how to work the top loader VCR and programme the remote to record something at silly o'clock and here I am with this mechanical marvel- I can hardly figure out how to switch it on! having just discovered the wonder that is angry birds and iTunes I am somewhat impressed.

And this from someone who spends most of their spare time building / repairing desktop computers!

You will get to know your new iPhone with the time, so be patient and avoid making too much of comparisons of the iPhone with other devices as that won't help you much. Welcome to the forum.
