New to forum. Issues with photo/video upload to email 4s

Hi I am new to the forum. I can't email photos and videos directly from the source. I go through all the steps and it makes a woosh sound but there is nothing I have received in my inbox when I check it later. Anyone encounter same issue? And how to resolve it please email me at [email protected]
