new to forums

Hello Im new to the forums and new to jailbroke iphones. I just did mine today with the used the absinthe program. I went to find the program called ***Moderation Notice*** that my friend has in his cydia but It dont come up in the search. It says This device is in the pending TSS queuee. Would this have anything to do with it?

Well Like I said I am new to this and didnt know that program was a pirate one. But thanx for the no hep anyway.
