New user of JB pls help with start, thx

Hi there. I have my first Iphone 4 (8Gb) IOS 7.1.2. So I have fully worked JB. Now I don´t know how I can simply way to work ańy changes in my settings (lock screens or themes or some settings change).
I have Cydia and I don´t know, is it aplication for download free app fom app store? Or I must download some app for this? How can I use my JB for simply change everitihing what I want ?

So, I can all download from a Cydia. Can I ask what I need to download for change my lock screen slider, sms keyboard and how use to change in my iPhone?
