Newbie from Texas

Hello,

I'm new to the world of iPhone. I don't know much about the phone and its features. I bought iPhone 4 because my old Samsung was giving me hard time with AT&T Network wherever I go but now the AT&T network issue is still same with new iPhone. I'm getting only 1 bar on my phone whereas my brother's iPhone gets almost 4-5 bars.

Do I need to change any settings or something ?? Any help will be appreciated..

Hello and welcome to the forum. Is your brother's iPhone also on AT&T and at the same location with you? If yes then take the phone back to AT&T for a new one.

If the answer to babs question is no, then try reseting your network settings.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings...
