NFL 11 is free the Verizon version is also free but once installed it will tell you about the monthly charge

ooo thats not cool. what does the app let you do ? stream clips and gameplay ? if you have internet on your phone why not just use the internet to look up scores and stats ? i mean on facebook people update everything for you lol

Yeah it let's you do that. They have team apps but I like NFL 11 it's good.

Ill tell you what sucks. i hooked my iphone up to my tv with my rca adapter and watched Redzone it was awesome. then i hooked it up to watch the monday night game and the screen was blacked out with text that read " viewing is for verizon authorized devices only" i was pissed. then i remembered upgrading the nfl mobile app that morning. the upgrade was a downgrade.now i dont have the previous version aggghhhh! does anyone know a way around this?

I downloaded the NFL Mobile app in early September even after hearing that Verizon charged extra for it. My billing cycle ends on the 16 and I was able to view my bill yesterday expecting to see the additional charges but there wasn't one. My bill was the same as it was last month.

I had the app for about 1 1/2 weeks of that billing cycle so at the very least I would have thought it to be pro-rated for that time period. I'll be sure to report back after this months billing cycle.

In the terms and conditions is says something about agreeing to any and all costs but never specifically says that they charge you for use of the app, nor how much. Does anyone know what they supposedly charge for it?

They also mention something about promotional periods in which there aren't any charges so maybe I hit one of those. Not sure but so far I am happy with it.

I don't have my new bill yet bu tthe app did say something to the effect of my promotional period being over and to download to continue. I deleted after that.
