No APN Option?

I cant put in my won apn for tmobile bc I have nowhere to put it into, it just says VPN or celluar data network on or off. How can I get back to the apn screen?

Help! I have the same problem! I bought an iPhone 4s unlocked direct from Apple and got my 1st month and sim card from Straight Talk. But now I can't access the data due to not being able to put in the APN information. Where is the APN for this phone? I do not want to jailbreak it. I just want to enjoy it. Surely this is capable?? I don't have much computer savvy! Pleas help! I don't want to have to return it!
