No gif button on Facebook on iPhone 7plus

On my iPad, when commenting on Facebook, I have the option of a gif button. This doesn’t appear on my iPhone 7 Plus. Anyone know why?

Same on my 8 Plus. You have to tap on the publication you want to answer to, so you have access to gifs.

“Quick reply”, via your wall, doesn’t show gif button, on iPhone.
