No more Siri "beep" tone in iOS 9?

When I press and hold the home button to access Siri, in iOS 8 there was a distinct "beep" Siri sound. When I press the touch screen to continue talking to Siri, there is no sound to indicate I pressed the button.

Is this an iOS 9 bug? I really liked the beep tone. Am I missing something like a setting?

Turn off Vibration in Settings - General - Accessibility - Interaction, then the beep will be back.

Sweet, that did the trick! Thank you oh so very much. I know it's a little thing, but it was bothering me.

I just wonder why it was defaulted off in iOS 9. Either way I'm a happy camper!
