No notification sound for Facebook or Instagram for Iphone 4 upgraded to iOS.6

Lately I have noticed that I am not receiving any sound notification for facebook or instagram, however I am getting other sound messages for other apps. I have tried checking the push notifications for each app and ensuring sound is enabled in each which it was. Also in the notification settings I have ensured sound is on for both apps. I have even tried deleting apps and reinstalling but nothing and I have reset my iphone and still nothing. PLEASE someone HELP and offer some advice

Bump. I've noticed the same issue. Facebook support doesn't help in this matter. Uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing, as well as a restore.
