No Service After Upgrading Iphone 3Gs from ios 4 - 6.1.3

Dear All,
My iphone was made in 2009 week 36 (3Gs 16Gb). I was using ios 4.x.x but now i upgraded it to ios 6.1.3 thru Snowbreeze 2.9.1.4. Following all the stipulated instructions i was able to do the upgrade but I can not use my phone as its telling me "No Service". I have tried downgrading to ios 6.0.0 thru Redsn0w 0.9.14b1 but its not working at all. I learnt the baseband is suppose to be 05.13.04 but right now what i have on it is 06.15.00.

Kindly help me with a working solution as i live and use the phone in Nigeria.

Your device was unlocked using UltraSn0w. After restoring afresh, you no longer have UltraSn0w. You'll need to reinstall UltraSn0w as well as the UltraSn0w Fixer for iOS 6.1 in order to use it. The 06.15.00 iPad Baseband is compatible with UltraSn0w. Without SHSH blobs, you cannot restore selectively to any iOS except for 4.1 and the latest 6.1.3 for the iPhone 3GS
