No sounds to incoming calls

Hello,

I have iPhone 3Gs with ios 4.3.5.
When incoming call arrives the iphone vibrate but no sounds.
The sound volume is on maximum, and on other applications it works. The iPhone is not jail-broken.
The iphone gets incoming calls and send outgoing calls.

What can I do to bring back my sound the incoming calls.

Is the phone on silent? The actual physical switch? If it is then that is why, even if your volume is set to 'maximum' and it is on silent it won't make a sound, but will vibrate.

It's gotta be that?
