No thems downloading properly

So finally jailbreak comes out for iPhone 5! Great! After jailbreaking it I was trying to download tweaks and themes for my phone but the it kept saying server is down or something like that. Is it because everyone is doing the same thing or is it cydia and my phone not compatible for the themes and tweaks
