I purchased a used iPhone 4 with the knowledge of it having the No Wifi greyed out problem. I use 3g anyways. I've tried all the possible fixes for it already and it still doesn't work. I've tried doing a restore as a new iPhone, reset all networks settings, pressing the home and power button to reset it, turning off the 3g, and tried turning it off and on. Still nothing.

Try this,after each step try to connect with wifi
Verify that airplane mode is off
Update your IOS to the latest version
Reset network settings.....settings-general-reset-reset network settings
Restore your device in itunes
