I have iPhone 3GS ,when i open a flash video over internet it shows a symbol with a play button and a cross over it.So can anyone please help me how to play flash video on my iPhone

Apple doesn't allow flash and never will.

Just because your iPhone is JB doesn't mean it will automatically play FV. Are you using a Flash compatible web browser from Cydia?
