I've had the 4s on sprint since November 16th. Recently I haven't been able to receive calls when the top left corner says extended, and sometimes when it sprint o, I can't receive calls. I contacted sprint and after resetting the phone a couple times, they had me call apple to get a replacement phone. What I'm wanting to know would my replacement phone come with ios 5 or ios 5.01 or newer. I'm hoping it will be ios 5.

This is most likely a network problem as upposed to a phone problem. When it says "extended" or " o" , its roaming.
The system is a little different for the iPhone,with AT&T you will see this alot unfortunately. There servers cant handle all the new iPhone users. They had this same issue some 2 years ago as well and this is why i went back to Verizon.
