Not Recognizing In ITunes

I am trying to add some new songs to my iPhone and my iPod touch through windows 7 and iTunes 11.1.2.32 but when I plug my phone/iPod in all it does it charge.

I checked control panel under add/remove programs and "Apple Mobile Device Support" is there but under device management I don't see anything that says apple...
help please?


I remember when I use to plug in an apple product a window would even pop up, or iTunes would automatically pop up, that doesnt happen anymore?

Ya checked that website I'm pretty sure I'm missing the driver which I can't find anywhere

The article tells you how to install the driver. Windows will automatically find it.

so unfortunately I am still having troubles. My iphone5s is recognized my mac via iCloud and usb cable. now but i would rather not bring my phone to the gym incase moisture gets into the home button.. (thats that i think happened to my iphone4)

When i plug my ipod into the make via usb it does charge but iTunes does not recognize it...

what do you think is going on here?
