Notif Center Drops down differently

here's how my NC drops down

it's like the screen drops down instead of the NC dropping on top of the screen.
I don't recall downloading any tweak that does that.
anyone knows how can I get the default animation back?

Mine does as well and I don't remember installing any tweak either. Didn't need to watch vid. I know already
