Number "1" showing on my settings icon.

Hi - I have a number "1" on my settings icon. When you open settings it shows another "1", indicating that a more recent software version is available. However, I don't have the space available for updating it. If I do not wish to update the program at this point in time, is there a way to have this notification removed from the settings app? It's a bit annoying. Thanks!

I'm afraid that you'll have to live with it. It can't be removed, at least not on a stock iPhone.
