Number input verse sliders

Hello,
I am wondering if anyone remembers the name of a tweak that allowed the users to enter in a # verse using the slider when adjusting the UI, colors, size ect.?

I think it came out earlier this year or late last year.
I used it with my iPh6 iOS 8 jailbreak and was very useful.

I have searched but cant find it nor the name of it.
