One Iphone 4 Volume Button Higher than the other

Hey.

I recieved an Iphone 4 today that was brand new. After about 30 mins of playing with it, I noticed that the - volume button was considerably higher than the + Volume button. When pressed they also have a different feel. Would i be able to get a replacement from apple?

Are the refurbished units cosmetically in perfect condition?
