Organization of apps

Is there a way to organize apps into folders? If not a built in way, maybe an app? I've been looking but can't find anything that looks like it does what I'm looking for.

Like dragging one icon over the other and dropping it?

As Jnewell05 stated, you can drag one icon and drop it on another to create a folder. This will also open the folder and allow you to change the title of the folder. If you change your mind, you can always long-press the folder and drag the icons out of it to remove the folder and place the icons back on your home screen.

Tap and hold an icon on your springboard until things start to jiggle. Then tap and hold on an icon, and drag it onto another icon until a little black box shows up. That black box is your folder. When finished, just tap on your home button and it'll stop jiggling.

Very cool! Thanks everyone - this my first iPhone, actually this is my first 'smart phone', I'm new enough that I can still claim newbie ignorance ;-). I knew there had to be a way.
