OTA upgrade What will happen

I had to upgrade my iPhone 4S to 6.1.2 OTA because I just couldn't download the ipsw. Very poor wifi connection and no cellular signal at all. I will come back to civilisation after a month or two. Meanwhile I needed to check on the battery performance on 6.1.2, so went ahead. Apple had already pushed the upgrade file to my phone in the background.

My question is what will happen if I attempt to jailbreak with an OTA upgrade?

You can jailbreak any OTA upgraded device, just that you won't be able to re-restore or downgrade if it becomes available because your APTickets are useless.
