outbox instead of sending messages

Last night, I started getting these messages on my iphone that either my email on my password was incorrect. It put my sent email in this outbox. I have went to my home pc and I don't see an outbox. I don't know how to send them or delete them. Anything I do at this point, goes back to the invalid email or password. How do I correct that?

Have you tried deleting the email account and putting it back on...?
