Outlook email occasionally does not send emails

Hello,

I just bought the iPhone 4 and was able to sync my contacts and email with Outlook with ease. However, it is not pushing ALL of my Outlook email. I left work yesterday, and some emails came through, but when I came to work this morning, there was a number of messages that did not get sent to my iPhone.


How can I get Outlook to send EVERY email to me phone? By the way, I notice that Outlook is not sending emails that I read immediately at work.

Make sure the "leave emails on server" tab is checked in Outlook. Go into your email, go to options, go to mail setup, go to email accounts and highlight the account and click "change." Then click on the tab for "more settings" over to the right of the box. Click the tab for "advanced" and make sure the box is checked for "Leave a copy of messages on the server" Now click OK and get out of it all. This should solve the issue. I had the exact issue with my Blackberry and this is what solved the problem.
