Overage Charges and Other Questions

How often do you have overage charges? Do you pay for a lot more minutes than you use to avoid those charges? Do you utilize your Friends and Family list? Do you update it often to maximize its utility? Verizon claims to offer a lot of reports to help you analyze usage, but they don't have a report that tells you which non-M2M numbers consumed most of your plan minutes. I think they make a lot of money on overage charges. It happens to me about every 4 months or so.
