Password recovery for email

Hello people,

Does anyone know how to recover a password on email ? i can access my mail on my iphone but can't log in on the computer, also cant answer security qestion, arrrrrrghhh !! so unable to find out password ????????????????????? please help someone

It depends what email you use but usually you can contact them or go through a process where even if you forget the password or password hint then you can easily re-gain access
