PdaNet Issues

After trying everything I could think of... I just restored (and re-JB) my iphone 4 to 4.3.3
I installed and registered the paid version 5.30 of PdaNet. iTunes 10.5.1.42

When my iphone is connected to my home wifi, PdaNet works as planned - other devices can see and connect to the pdanet hotspot.
BUT... when my iphone is connected to 3G, no hotspot is ever seen or can be connected to.
No error messages from Pdanet and crappy support (I wasn't expecting a lot) from June Fabrics.

Anyone else have this issue?

This is really the last app that is keeping me from upgrading to 5.0x...
PdaNet used to work... I think the only change was going to iTunes 10.5 - but the pdanet site 'says' it should work with 10.5

Like I told foneguy, you should use TetherMe, it's only $4.99 and it works 100x better than PDAnet.

But the thing is that I already have pdanet, and i just want to know I I am going to get fined for

It's not a fine, they just start charging you the monthly tethering fee and remove you from your unlimited data plan(if you have one). The only safe tethering tool is TetherMe.
