Periscope version 1.4 finally introduces search to its users. Under the 'Global' list, users can now search using keywords or suggested topics one might be interested in. Periscope recommends topics such as #Music, #Food, #Travel and more.
Probably the coolest feature found in this update is the support for DJI drones. Drones like the Inspire, Phantom 4, Phantom 3 and Osmo can now be up and above while broadcasting live video. Connecting a drone to Periscope can easily be done by connecting the drone's remote to the iPhone.
Using the new search feature, we recommend searching for "GoPros and Drones" to check out some cool footage in the sky. Periscope version 1.4 is now available to download in the App Store for free.
