Hi everyone, this is such a great place, so many eager helpers. I have solved many issues with your help
Here's my latest

I have a iPhone5. If I buy a Wi-Fi only iPad4, can I use the personal hot spot on my iPhone5 to connect my Wi-Fi only iPad4 to the Internet via the phone 3G network

You cannot with wifi only ipad.

Incorrect, a WiFi only iPad can connect with the personal hotspot on an iPhone.

Correct, I also have a 64 GB IPad 4 and I always connect it with my personal hotspot with my IPhone 5
