Personal hotspot

Guys,
If Im not mistaken there was a function named 'personal hotspot' in the iOS4 which allowed to provide internet to other devices (eg laptop) through your iphone 4 3G connection. All of a sudden this function disappeared from my phone. I made a restart and a synch with itunes but the problem still exists.
Can anyone advise?

Go to settings> general> network/ there you can turn ON 3G and then there you will see personal hotspot which you can also turn ON, after turning it ON there you will see the personal hotspot in the setting bellow the WIFI.
