Phone not starting up after - Erase all content and Setting

By mistake, I clicked Erase all content and Setting after that phone not getting switched on. Its showing Logo and round star from last 10hrs. I tried to restart but nothing working out. After that i tried to connect to itune and getting connected in recovery mode. If i recover through Itune it will be updated to latest Firware and Baseband, but i don't want the latest Version 4.3.5 as it will difficult to jailbreak and unlock. Kindly advise any suitable method to restore so that i can use Jailbreak and unlock my phone.
