Phone thinks im in russia

I jail broke my iPhone 4 with iOS 6 now the newsstand section in the App Store is all in Russian. Not the language but all the magazines and newspapers are in Russian was wondering if anybody else has encountered this type of problem?

On topic. Try restarting your device with Locations services on. If you're at home, keep WiFi and Locations on, then reboot your device. If anything, check the Date&Time Setting.

Location and wifi were on just looked in the date time and the date was 3 years in the future and a 12 hour difference changed it and its fixed. Thanks for the help.
