Photo adjusting for ATT iPhone 3GS

I only have access to my ATT iPhone 3GS. SW unknown(don't know how to chk). Warranty exp'd. Need to adjust 2 photos & can't pay extra for apps. Can I adjust them just using my handset? Plz. help me. I'm monumentally frustrated & need an answer...1 way or the other. If more info. is needed, plz. let me know!

You check the iOS version by going to Settings> General> About> Version.

What do you mean by "adjust"?

I really don't get it. Do you mean "convert"?

Where are the photos coming from?

Are you trying to transfer them from PC to iPhone? From a website in the Saferi.app? Are they already on the phone and just are not visible.

How have to tries to get them on the phone..and if you did get them on the iPhone..then what happened when you did?

Adjust meaning, they r landscape, want to make them portrait. They were sent from another ATT handset. Version 4.2.1 On the handset & visible. Thank you for helping me!
