How does one create a new album on the iPhone?

Moved thread to correct forum.
Connect your iPhone with the cable to your computer.
iTune software will prompt, select your device name.
Navigate to “Photos” tab.
Tick “Sync Photos From” and select the folder you want to sync with iPhone.
Create a new folder at this path in your computer. Put some photos in the folder.
Now, sync with iPhone again.
The new photos from your newly created album will be created on your iPhone device.
Everytime you put photos inside this folder, it will auto sync over on your device.
That's how you do it!

Using iphone it very nice, i can create best albun with it
What do you mean? Using iPhone to create an album photo without the help of iTunes? Are you talking about a 3rd party photo app? Or the native album photo?

I have 2000 photos on my phone! So it was a very big problem for me to find a Photo taken on my wife birthday last year(( But I found very good solution for this in AppStore: YourAlbums !
I think this App better than Native iPhone Photo Gallery! App compose your existing photos into separate Events like in iPhoto! So one event for example may be your friend's birthday, or picnic on weekend! But this it not all what I want to say: Events are grouped by months - like in calendar! So VERRY VERRYY easy, to find an event which you want by a thumbnail! I LOVE THIS APP!!!
