Photos Emerge of Supposed iPhone 5 Camera, Battery, and Audio Cable

MacRumors reports today on pictures that have emerged of yet more purported iPhone 5 parts, this time on iPhone parts supply website TVC Mall, namely a battery pack, rear camera and audio flex. MacRumors has posted a series of comparison shots that reveal the subtle differences between these parts and those of the iPhone 4. As MacRumors notes though, such differences don’t really give that much away about the overall look of the next iPhone, with the iPhone 5 battery being virtually the same size as that of the iPhone 4, for example. The shot of the iPhone 5 camera module again reveals something very similar to that of the iPhone 4, with the lens not separated from the camera module, which had been rumoured, and no dual LED flash, as had also been rumoured. The other part featured is an audio flex cable, which seems to be very different from the iPhone 4’s cable, but, as 9to5 Mac says, doesn’t tell us much more about the iPhone 5 either. As to the authenticity of the pictures, MacRumors asked the experts at iFixit, who said that the part numbers and markings looked legit.
